We had such a lovely stay at Mabella Sol Hotel in Ksamil. The hotel was fantastic, but it was the people who really made our experience so special.
A huge thank you to Monica on reception, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so attentive, warm and helpful throughout our stay and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Monica seemed to be able to sort absolutely anything we needed, always with a smile — she really is a credit to the hotel! ❤️
Diarna was fantastic too, making us delicious cocktails 🍹 and serving an amazing breakfast every morning. And Endri on the evening and night reception was brilliant — so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
It was lovely to experience such genuine Albanian hospitality from the whole team. We felt so well looked after and made to feel at home.
Thank you, Mabella Sol, for making our stay in Ksamil so memorable. We will definitely be back! ❤️🇦🇱
Monica, Diarna and Endri — you were all amazing!
