Staff were courteous and efficient. All of the included restaurants were good quality.
The room service food didn’t look anything like the photos. I recommend folks walk downstairs to the restaurants.

Exceptional hotel with amazing onsite facilities including a spa, restaurants and room service. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good location out of the bustle of Pattaya.
The adults-only swimming area did have children there when we were present. The hotel is on the expensive end of stays in this location.

Interior design
Smelled like old wet sponge in the Lobby.
Guest Elevators reeking of frying oil and restaurant smell.
Rooms smelled of mold
Swimming pools are very small.
Walking outside the resort, you will walk through terrible sewage smell surprise hitting you from different directions.

"The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive, and genuinely interested in us having a good time. The breakfast was genuinely the best hotel food I have had at a breakfast buffet."
