Pleasant stay at a decently priced hotel that provided a good dinner and breakfast.

I like the dinner and breakfast that i paid separately. The onsen was also spacious and catered to my needs.

The rooms are a bit old. They should renovate.

I would return to Beppu Onsen Sansenkaku

We were welcomed at checked in with live music on a grand piano in the lobby. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed a view of the ocean. The meals were exquisite, both in flavour and presentation, the servers very friendly. There were two options for public baths - we tried both !

We weren’t told there was an agreement between this hotel and others in the area where we could have enjoyed their onsen as well. This would have been helpful information to share upon check in.

9 / 10

Great hotel.

Very good location for traveling by car, free parking, spacious room, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. The kaiseki dinner was excellent.

8 / 10

Good stay

Superb breakfast and dinner - really good value. Rooms were huge and the nearby parking was very much appreciated. Onsen facility was well sized.

The room had a musty smell initially.
