The property itself is beautiful and very relaxing if that is the vibe you are looking for. The photos listed are accurate. We had our own pool which made it even nicer to just relax.
The location. I had not been to Uluwatu before and I don’t think I did enough research on just how spread out it is. CHAO is nowhere near the popular spots to eat etc and its about a 28 min scooter ride to get to Padang Padang, Ulu Cliffhouse and the Temple etc. Bingin is another popular spot but it too requires up to a 20 min scooter ride to get there. Luckily the purpose of our stay was to primarily relax and recharge so I wasn’t upset about hanging by the pool. But next time, I think I would stay somewhere closer to the action.

Separated living room with AC for cooking and spending time with friends was one of the highlight. There were plenty of kitchen utilities. Nearby pharmacy, grocery store and convenience store.
The pool floor was slightly rough, making it uncomfortable to sit and posing a risk of scrapes. Additionally, the water seemed to lack sufficient disinfectant and left an acidic sensation in the mouth, which was off-putting. Although the situation was slightly complicated with scrapes, the staff member was friendly and provided assistance to the best of their ability.
