i like a quiet relaxing holiday where your close to everything but also far enough away this place was spot on

Terrible host, no communication at all. Nice apartment though.

The location is ok.

The host does not communicate at all. ZERO. They provided the wrong Wi-Fi password, I messaged them five times with no response. I had no Wi-Fi for My stay. I had to purchase an eSIM to access the Internet. If anything goes wrong while you stay here, you are absolutely on your own with no help from the host. There is no front desk to help you either. it is a stressful place to be when you know if anything goes wrong you have no support at all.

Ничего! Хозяин грубый, наглый, нарушает закон тайланда о сдаче в аренду квартир в кондоминимуме без лицензии отеля! Квартира не соответствовала заявленным фото (прикрепила скрины) Врёт, что я не заселилась и не приехала. Самовольно отменяет бронь со 100% штрафом! Не связывайтесь с этим хозяином и не ведитесь на красивые фото! хозяин в письме по заселению просит быть предельно тихими, ни с кем не разговаривать и врать, что вы живете у друзей, потому, что знает, что нарушает закон Паттайи! В кондоминимумах нельзя снимать посуточно, это не отель (на каждом шагу таблички с оповещениями)

Пол был липкий, шторы очень грязные, дверь у шкафа на кухне была просто оторвана и спрятана за холодильник, вся кухонная вытяжка была в ужасном слое жира, ножки мебели разбухли и в них жила плесень. Я заехала в квартиру в 15:00, увидев всё это, сразу начала писать хозяину на букинг и запросила бесплатную отмену бронирования. 30 минут меня игнорировали и я связалась с объектом в мессенджер WhatsApp. Сообщила о всех недочетах и предложила оставить себе оплату за 1 сутки, а за 4 вернуть! На что хозяин стал грубить и говорить, что я придумываю, что я много наболтала и он ничего не возместит! Потом стал угрожать, что я за свои претензии могу поплатиться и стал приводить примеры, как люди приходят, выбивают дверь и такие как я становятся менее разговорчивы! Вы только задумайтесь, я в гостях в Таиланде, хозяин должен быть гостеприимен, а он грубит и угрожает! Конечно же в таком объекте я не осталась, опасаясь за свою безопастность и личные вещи! А так же получив негативные эмоции и расстройство я оставила ключ в ящике и уехала! После чего стала связываться с букинг по поводу возвращения своих денег, но букинг подвел, они совершено не защитили меня, они сказали, что просто посредники и что удержать деньги без согласия арендатора не могут! Они отправили запрос, но владелец этой квартиры их проигнорировал! Вы представляете какая наглость, арендатор украл мои деньги и букинг не может решить этот вопрос! После я еще раз связалась с владельцем и он ответил в безразличной форме, формулируя так «не тратьте моё время», «вы ничего не добейтесь» «вы виноваты» и саркастично пожелал удачи, когда я заявила, что просто так это не оставлю из принципа. Поэтому искренни не рекомендую связываться с этим объектом и бронировать через букинг варианты, у которых невозвратная оплата, в случае спорных моментов, вам не помогут! А максимум, что возместил мне букинг 1200 бат. Это смешно

- Emplacement excellent, on peut tout faire à pied depuis le condo et le quartier est super, avec plusieurs restaus branchés à proximité et des plages - Petit balcon avec des chaises, on peut profiter de la vue sur la mer - Appartement bien équipé - Contact sur place réactif, par exemple pour obtenir des serviettes supplémentaires - grand frigo, kitchenette - Condo premium : belle piscine infinity, salle de sport, lounge, etc. Pas de difficultés à prendre l'ascenseur contrairement à d'autres condos - Plusieurs locations de scooters à proximité

- La literie est dure - La télécommande de la clim ne semble pas être celle d'origine, les fonctions sont limitées et la température en °F, pas °C - Certaines portes de placards sont cassées - Couloir sonore en fin de matinée à l'heure du ménage - J'aurais aimé pouvoir garer mon scooter à l'intérieur plutôt que dans la rue.
