VERY COOL PROPERTY AND COMFY

VERY CLEAN, FAMILIAR AND COMFY

This is not a studio, it’s a gloomy cellar!

The basement location.

This so-called “studio”, even advertised as an “apartment”, is in fact a converted basement cellar. The floor is about 30 cm below ground level, which makes you feel like you are literally sleeping in a cellar. The description in the listing is blatantly misleading – the advertised 20 m² are in reality no more than 13 m² (including the bathroom), which I personally measured. The furnishing and kitchen equipment are presented as “fully functional”, but in such a tiny space this is meaningless – there is no room for a suitcase, no space for clothes, everything is cramped and non-functional. The place has a heavy, constant sewer smell and is full of drain flies. The only light comes from the glass entrance door that faces an inner courtyard. There is practically no way to have fresh air inside – unless you leave the door wide open (an absurd option), you will be sleeping in a suffocating cellar. The entrance to this “studio” is right next to two other cellar doors, which makes the entire area look dark, dirty, and uncomfortable from the very first step. The bathroom was neglected, with sewer odors and once again full of drain flies. The so-called “secret garden” mentioned in the listing is actually a yard clearly used as a toilet by neighborhood cats and it reeks of cat urine. I am giving the lowest possible rating because the listing is misleading and such premises should never be offered on Booking.

I will come back

The host is very kind and welcoming. The garden was the best place to relax despite the summer heat.
