Ideally located in the M2 Hameau area, a quiet neighborhood in Cap Esterel, next to the 9-hole golf course, the swimming pools, the village, and not far from the beach (10 minutes), this air-conditioned apartment welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the wonderful setting of the Esterel Massif. This functional 28 m² one-bedroom apartment comprises: - Living room with 2 sofa beds and 1 pull-out bed (90x190 cm, ideal for a 5th person) + TV - 2 air conditioners (bedroom and living room) for comfortable temperatures even on the hottest days - Separate bedroom with 1 Double bed 140x190 - Equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine) - Separate bathroom and WC - Open-air terrace to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Île d'Or, equipped with an electric awning and an outdoor table/chair set. Advantage of the hamlet: quiet night, no noise from the village center.
