About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Lido di Venezia Vacation Rental. This is a centrally located apartment in a historic building from the early 1900s, very close to the water buses that connect the island to Venice and the mainland. It’s just a short walk from the Lido’s pedestrian zone and 500 meters from the film festival. The apartment is fully equipped, but we do not provide hotel-style services; therefore, we do not change towels or clean the apartment unless requested, in which case a surcharge applies.
A brief description of the apartment
The apartment is very bright and consists of:
1. A spacious kitchen suitable for dining with 8–10 people, overlooking the canal, equipped not only with standard kitchen utensils but also with an electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster; the stovetop burners are gas-powered. As required by law, the kitchen is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector
2. A spacious, bright living room furnished with two 3-seater sofa beds, each converting into a 4-person bed. The living room is equipped with ceiling fans and an air conditioner that serves the entire house.
3. Two connecting bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with two large windows and elegant furnishings; both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
4. The bathroom, over 9 square meters, features a bathtub and shower, as well as space for drying laundry. Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap are provided in dispensers to reduce plastic waste.
5. Additional amenities include: a 45-inch TV in the living room, a 40-inch TV in the kitchen, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
6. Upon arrival, a welcome kit is provided, including soap, toilet paper, and breakfast for the first day (tea, coffee, and cookies).
