Located in the town of Mazarrón, in a residential area, you will spend a wonderful holiday 🌴🌅🌞 in complete peace and security 😎 👉 The house sleeps 6, consisting of 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds (90cm x 200cm and 140cm x 200cm) 👉 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 👉 Open-plan kitchen/dining/living room with table and chairs. The living room is equipped with all household appliances: washing machine, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, Refrigerator, freezer, barbecue, sun loungers, parasol... 👉 Television with French, Belgian, English and Dutch channels or others... 👉 3 individual air conditioners in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms plus ceiling fans 👉 Very pleasant outdoor area with a private pool 🏊♀️⛱️ just for you 😎 There is also a shared pool. 👉 Terrace - solarium, sun loungers, tables, chairs, parasol 👉 Upon arrival, you will be greeted by someone. Your beds will be made up with provided sheets, towels, hand towels, dish towels, and end-of-stay cleaning 😎, all detailed in the rental agreement 👌 ‼️Mandatory welcome/linen and end-of-stay cleaning fee of €80 👉 Small dogs accepted 🐕 upon request to the owner 👍 A €250 security deposit will be required upon arrival at the house and which will be returned to you after inspection within one week of your stay.
