About this villa rental
We rent our family home, a beautiful architect-designed stone house, located in the highly sought-after Marine de Davia in the town of Corbara, between L'Ile-Rousse and Calvi. The very comfortable house offers, all on one level, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, etc.), a very large living/dining room, 5 bedrooms with king-size beds (Epeda mattresses), each bedroom has large closets, and an en-suite bathroom or shower room with toilet. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room. This house offers an exceptional living environment, between the sea and the mountains, in a peaceful setting, with a beautiful 2,800m² garden and a large 200m² shaded terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor table. It is a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and a 10-minute walk from the magnificent fine sandy beach of Ghjunchitu or Capite beach. Two tennis courts are available (membership included in the rental). Balagne is a beautiful region, offering all the joys of the sea and the mountains. You can discover L'Ile-Rousse, a 7-minute drive away, Calvi, 25 minutes away, as well as the coast and its dreamy beaches, the hinterland and its charming villages about 20 minutes away, such as Corbara, Pigna, or Sant'Antonino, not forgetting the mountains and the fresh greenery of the forests and rivers.
