Ski-in, ski-out vacation home in the Kitzbühel Alps! The chalet is located at the foot of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental—one of the world’s largest contiguous ski areas—and the imposing Wilder Kaiser mountain range and nature reserve. Right outside your front door, you’ll find a natural playground in the surrounding mountains, a ski paradise, and a wonderful hiking destination. 
Nestled in nature, our luxurious and spacious chalet offers a breathtaking view of the Alps and the idyllic mountain village of Going from every room. The surrounding area provides countless opportunities for sports and leisure activities. Our chalet features a spacious layout with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of comforts, including a fireplace and a gourmet kitchen that simply invites you to relax and enjoy. 
In winter, enjoy the fresh mountain air while skiing, cross-country skiing, or tobogganing—the Astberg toboggan run is covered in artificial snow and illuminated during the winter. Skiing in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental begins right behind our chalet and is within walking distance. Ski rentals are available nearby, there’s a ski storage area, and you can even purchase lift tickets right here. The recreational opportunities around Going are endless.
Summer beckons with the Goinger Badesee, Tyrol’s most beautiful swimming lake, featuring a large sunbathing lawn, an outdoor slide, an adventure playground, and a beach volleyball court—a vacation hit for all ages. Golf, tennis, cycling, mountain biking, e-biking, rock climbing, paragliding, shopping, or simply relaxing and letting your mind wander in nature. We’re also happy to put you in touch with our partner for e-bike rentals for leisurely excursions (Sport 2000 – Marco Fuchs).
Of course, there’s also an electric car charging station nearby. 



Kaiserchalet with 3 bedrooms:

Cozy and spacious Alpine chalet in a prime location right on the ski slope with a breathtaking view of the Alps from every room. You’ll find spacious living areas totaling 225 square meters, including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-concept living room with a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, an LED TV in the living room, and another TV in the master bedroom. The bedrooms exude coziness thanks to their reclaimed wood paneling. The bathrooms are spacious and modern. A large balcony/terrace offers the ideal spot for a relaxing evening. Underfloor heating, solid wood floors, a double garage, a washer/dryer, a ski storage room, ski boot warmers, and a ventilation system are all standard features in our chalet.
