The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic and convenience. In addition the breakfast buffet was amazing as there were a lot of opinions included. The hygiene of the hotel is absolutely amazing and I will come back again for sure:)
The only comment I will highlight was I went gym with my friend after 22:30 on the 26th of October. However we were unable to use the passenger elevator after leaving the gym at 00:00. Instead we had to use the cargo elevator and we felt uncomfortable of using it.

We had a king room on the 11th floor with amazing views of the river. Bed was comfy and room was as expected based on the price. Pool on the 45th floor had great views and is partly shaded. Concierge Kha was very helpful when I needed to make changes to my flight. He contacted the airline and put me through to an English speaker.
Wide selection at breakfast but tends to get busy from 7.30. There is a card in the room advising this.
Nothing.
