WARNING: SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

WARNING: SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
This listing is a complete fraud. I booked this accommodation on Booking with mandatory prepayment and paid by card. After the payment was charged, no one contacted me at all — no messages, no calls.
I personally arrived at the address указан in the listing, and the property owner clearly stated that he has NO listing on Booking and does not work with Booking at all.
This means the listing was created by scammers solely to steal money through prepayment.
I contacted Booking support, but they were unable to help, and the issue remained unresolved.
I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
This listing should be removed immediately.
