Die gute Lage kann leider die gravierenden Nachteile nicht kompensieren.
1. WLAN instabil und schwach, weil Router im Keller und Wohnung im 1. Stock.
2. Wohnungstür ist eine einfache Zimmertür mit Glasscheibe. Man hört daher alles auf dem Gang und löst sogar den Bewegungsmelder im Flur aus, wenn man sich in der Wohnung bewegt.
3. Fernseher ist unmodern, kein Smart-TV. Man kann nicht wirklich schauen, weil der Nachbar aufgrund der Glastür alles hören kann und sich leicht gestört fühlen könnte.
4. Schloß zur Wohnung ist beschädigt. Ich bin zunächst gar nicht hineingekommen. Der gerufene Eigentümer hat es geölt und mir dennoch vorgeworfen ich (und ein herbeigerufener Nachbar) hätten lediglich den falschen Schlüssel verwendet. Am Ende der Woche war das Schloß bereits wieder schlechtgängig.
5. Wäschepaket 30€. Davon stand nichts in der Anzeige bei Booking.com. Hatte für mich deshalb etwas von Abzocke.
6. Eigenes Badezimmer und Hausflur. Man sollte in der Anzeige schon erwähnen, dass die Wohnung einen sehr engen Hausflur und ein sehr enges Bad hat. Insbesondere der Zustieg in die Dusche ist grenzwertig, wenn man etwas korpulenter wäre.
7. Ein Starter-Duschgel wäre eine nette Aufmerksamkeit, insbesondere wenn man Samstag Nachmittag anreist. Der Laden im Ort hat nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet, so daß eine Einkauf schwierig und damit das Duschen am Abend nicht möglich ist. Es gibt auch keine sonstige Seife.
