Decent resort, read the fine print and check the room over as soon as you check in.

The location was good, parking was across the street but conveniently had a covered overpass that went directly to the 4th floor of the hotel. The indoor pools and hot tubs were very nice. I loved all of the live plants

The room smelled really bad. There was a moisture catcher tub that was full in the closet. The carpet always felt damp, gnats were everywhere in the room when we arrived. There was mold in the bathroom above the shower as well as on the wall in the closet behind the door. 1 of the beds was so slanted I rolled from one side to the other. I should have read the fine print but I was charged $95 for cleaning after I checked out.

Overall, the stay was decent. We still enjoyed the time. I wouldn’t stay here again next time but it did its job with ha

It was near everything and access to the beach was great. The pools were nice too

Our room had a weird smell, like mold. Plus you could see mold on the walls near the beds. It was also very outdated. They only had 4 elevators and 2 were broken/not working. So we had to take the stairs because it was a long wait due to them hosting a karate event there. That was hard carrying all of our stuff down to the beach because only one of the working elevators had access to the beach. I think I waited like 20 minutes for an elevator and it never came.

It’s a good option for a cheaper beachfront stay.

If you’re looking for an affordable beachfront condo, but aren’t super picky about how updated it is, it’s a good option. It’s right on the beach and the beach access is easy to get to.

The room was fine. It’s clearly an older resort that has had patchwork updates completed over the years. The halls and stairwells didn’t smell great, but that’s not on Coastal Properties. The room itself had paint patches, an older bathtub with a lot of scuffs/wear on it and didn’t have a fan in the bathroom - something vital when staying at the beach and you’re already hot all the time.
