Apartment was clean, view off of balcony was pretty

Clean, view

Communication with owner is awful. Parking garage is dangerous getting up and down in the car

Overall, even there were some issues, we improvised and the stay was great! Thank you.

Location was great. Nina was nice. She follow up to make sure we are ok.

This place did not provide basic proper towels for bathrooms and kitchen. No soap for the bathroom sink. No sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, cream etc. It is a very minimal basic hospitality service that should be provided. The service desk was not very helpful, the man Did not open the elevator code for us, therefore, we had to go back to the front desk again to ask for the him for the very basic information that should be provided when we arrived. We also saw it happened to the other people too..

Relatively ok apartment with small second room and facilities that need renovation

Balcony is good and huge, with great view. Location was perfect. Living room was ok. Beds were fine. Formally most facilities/items from the checklist are present.

(1) Checkin. Had to call / whatsup the manager to send the ID for checkin (can't send image via Booking). On front desk, we had to sit and wait because the host incorrectly provided to the building my first/last name. (2) It's really one bedroom with small second bedroom created artificially from living room. It has no window and the room is very small. (3) Facilities in bathroom, sockets, etc need renovation (see photos). They work, but look worn off. The door to engineering communication doesn't close. (4) There were no additional blankets/covering. No additional toilet paper (there were three of us).

Pedï copia y no obtuve respuesta:
