9 days in the Big Brother House

Great overall facilities, very private area with large secure space for children and pets to play.

The property was not ready for our arrival. The pool was not cleaned, the grass was not cut and there was no functioning Internet. These issues required several attempts over a period of days and constant disruption to our holiday by the owners to resolve. The pool cleanliness was never resolved despite numerous attempts to clean it by the owners. It continued to be full of insects and algae which turned our swimwear green. In addition several power cuts left us with no utilities. Including running water. The most serious issue was the surveillance cameras in the kitchen, living room, BBQ area, pool and sunbathing areas. We reported this directly to booking.com who contacted the owners. The owners never responded to booking.com.

Lamentable
