Disappointed

The aircon is cold enough

The bed it would be nice if the mattress is immaculately clean and the sofa bed mattress is itchy. The toilet is not so clean also. And I requested an extra pillow and blanket they answered yes..but when we arrived nothings there. I message them but just ignored my chat. We booked for 3 guest but they just give us 2 towels. What's the logic in there?

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR

I checked in early. I appreciated the honesty store provided by the property, as it was a convenient and thoughtful feature. However, the payment process could be improved.

My overall experience was disappointing, particularly with the check-in process and the cleanliness of the unit. For check-in, I had to contact the host multiple times and even sent a text message, but I did not receive a response. The front desk staff also appeared to be unprepared and was unable to provide assistance, only responding with “I don’t know.” Although I was eventually able to check in earlier, the lack of communication and support made the arrival experience stressful. The condition of the unit was also below expectations. The cleanliness needs significant improvement. The cabinet was overcrowded and had white marks that appeared to be possible mold, although I cannot confirm the cause. The bathroom had used mops left inside, and the washing machine still contained a panty liner and tissue, which was concerning since I intended to use it for laundry. There was also leftover bath soap that appeared to be from a previous guest, and no tissue was provided. The kitchen was missing basic essentials such as a spatula, knife, and chopping board upon arrival. Thankfully, the cleaner was able to provide these items after I requested them. The grease trap also had an unpleasant odor, which affected my first night’s stay. The bed itself was comfortable, but the sheets had visible stains that appeared to be from efficascent oil. I would also suggest reviewing the placement of cleaning materials inside the unit. If the intention is to allow guests to clean up before check-out, it would be better to provide a designated storage area for cleaning supplies rather than leaving used mops and other materials in the bathroom. This would help maintain a cleaner and more organized space for incoming guests. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their housekeeping standards, guest communication, and overall operations. The price guests pay should not compromise their comfort.

Overall I very much like the place, affordable and convenient. Will consider coming back again!

I like the honesty store much, very convenient for us not to go down anymore to buy instant food

The pillows, i just want it in plain colors. And a little bit smelly, like vinegar maybe it came the laundry shop?
