Only there for 2 nights.
Location and the view! My bed was comfortable.
Occupies 20 people but linens for maybe 10. We had 15 total and didn’t have enough wash cloths for first shower. And only one towel per person for first shower. I emailed first night we stayed when I realized the issue which was after 10pm. They responded at 12 pm the following day and said they would put a work order in but would be a little later because it was low priority. Which was fine because we were attending a conference. Well when we returned at 7pm we still didn’t have towels or washcloths and I was told that I was supposed to wash what we had and use it. But what I was trying to get across is we didn’t have enough to begin with. After waiting a while I tried to call back and they wouldn’t answer then finally someone showed up. I had put what we had in the washer. I understand we have to wash them because there is a washing machine. But other cabins give you more linen than just a towel and wash rag per person. But like I said we didn’t even have that. Also for a cabin that can sleep 20 there wasn’t enough seating to like socialize. One sofa upstairs so everyone else had to do on floor to watch the Tv. Downstairs had one sofa as well. Just not enough seating to entertain that many. Couldn’t turn the main light in the living room on there wasn’t a switch and you couldn’t reach it because it was on the third floor over the open area. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. One of the main floor bathrooms the hair dryer plug was literally 2 pieces. I told them about that while on the phone about the linen and they said just unplug it. There where boards popped out of the wall in that bedroom as well. The blinds where broken or some just generally wasn’t the correct size for the window.
