It was great, the hosts were helpful, the apartment was nice and easy.

It was bright, spacious and a good location

There wasn’t any spare toilet roll and there wasn’t any coffee for the machine. (There was tea)

Well-located flat, but cleanliness was far from ideal and communication with the host was disastrous

The location, very central, in a nice area of Hamburg that I know very much since I lived there for 6 years. I can only recommend.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially the sheets provided for the sofa bed, which were in such a state that we ended up sleeping together in the main bed. But the worst part was definitely the communication with the host. I’ve rarely experienced anything like it. Before confirming the booking, I clearly stated that I needed an invoice for my company’s accounting purposes and that without it, I wouldn’t be able to proceed with the reservation. It took countless messages through both the Booking platform and the phone number provided just to get an initial reply, which was simply “ja, natürlich :).” After that, I had to send several follow-up messages to finally receive an invoice, which ended up being issued with the wrong billing address, even though I had specified the correct one from the very beginning. I tried calling, but no answer. I even had to involve Booking’s customer service, who to this day have not received a response either. As of now (It's been almost a month), I’m still waiting for the corrected invoice to be sent to the proper email address. I honestly don’t know what else to do. I have no idea who is behind this rental, but the lack of professionalism is beyond comprehension. It’s a real shame, because the apartment itself isn’t bad (apart from the cleanliness), but I definitely do not recommend it, especially if you value clear and efficient communication.

Lage, obwohl das parken sehr teuer war!

Es war nicht geputzt! Schmutziges Bettlaken auf dem Bett. Nasse, Wäsche in der Waschmaschine , dadurch muffiger Geruch in der Küche. Der Mülleimer, leer aber klebrige Reste von längerer Zeit drinnen. Kühlschrank Schmutz und das Gefrierfach total vereist. Fußboden nicht gesaugt, Stühle auch sehr schmutzig. Wechselwäsche war nicht eindeutig als sauber im Schrank zu erkennen. Hatten Kontakt zum Vermieter, leider wurde keine Reinigung veranlasst.

Perfekt für Tennis am Rothenbaum

Lage ist gut, besonders zum Rothenbaum Bereich. Schlafzimmer ist durchaus komfortabel, man hat eine eigene Küche. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig, obwohl direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Für die Anreise mit dem Auto eher schlecht, da keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Umliegende Straßen Anwohnerparkplätze, max. 3 Std.. Hauseingang, Schlüssel Tresor schwer zu finden, besonders Abends, dies hätte besser beschrieben werden können. Sauberkeit, hier ist Luft nach oben.

Lage ist gut, besonders zum Rothenbaum Bereich. Schlafzimmer ist durchaus komfortabel, man hat eine eigene Küche. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig, obwohl direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Chice Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Alles da was man braucht. Schlafcouch mit Matratze echt solide. Super Bäcker in der Nähe und Supermärkte fußläufig.

Die Dusche war ein bisschen laut und alt.
