The view especially for which I booked for it, the clean and spacious room. The basic requirements provided were good. Happiness was the morning sea view ( as I checked in late night) so I didn't see the view that time, but the morning was amazing.
I have booked the appointment with the breakfast included, but i haven't received the facility for it, also check with the person but no reply which was dissipointment. The unwanted garbage cluttered outside the building which dulled the show of the building, the elevator was good with the interior but badly dirty, the button of the elevator unhygienic. Such a beautiful view of side building maintenance needs some improvement and hygiene. Additionally, for the key collection I wanted to visit the A block 20th floor first then after the long process got the confirmation, later with luggage moved to the C block (after a long tired day) and at the reception team were not informed on time and again it took time after the long day travel... Which somehow was unacceptable, but the staff who were there was supportive because the person who sent me at the C block building he provided me with a wrong contact number. The team was supportive, as there was a language barrier. The system of key collection then moving to another building and key and other things should be systematic. As the building is not at all small.
