The distance from the beach

Our upstairs neighbors kids ran up the stairs @6-7 am making a lot of noise

I loves how close it was to everything. Even the water. We didn’t have to pay to park we were able to walk.

I wish the 2nd room would have been a little bigger. But that was my fault for not getting one bigger.
