comfortable and clean bed, newer bathroom fixtures and fittings, clean bathroom, good wifi
better lit parking lot, room is dated by decades, basic local roku tv, you have to reserve and pay through booking.com only, an they add like 20% plus on taxes and fees at checkout, not walkable area in general,

A good , now old ,motel which when new was at the edge of a Tijuana city on the main highway exit to south. Now it is backed by new condo towers . Super good parking in their sheltered courtyard.
There is a modern coerce shop across the street , a Thai cuisine restaurant two doors north and a Mexican restaurant for breakfast one block south , all an easy stroll.
My room was spotless. The bathroom too was bright and new.
