Incidents with agressive and offensive neighbour marked my stay. This is not what I paid for.
The facility is new, and there are no complaints to technical equipment and furniture. The space is nice, well organized although the view from terace is directly to local socer grass field, for sea view you have to lean over balcony fence and look far to the left.
Small staff..
Contaminated toilet paper (half dumped in something sticky) in one of the bathrooms, spare toi. paper in drawer half used. Toilet seat cover broken.
TV - only 7 domestic channels + online apps, no foreign programs or 'satelite', which was promoted/expected and also required by 4* categorisation. Further more 75% of our stay there was no antenna signal.
No towels, and bed linen prepared for fifth guest (5 persons communicated and pre-announced).
Some pots since new, still have stickers on the side.
Only one key for the facility.
Although it is 'hosted by private host' we never saw or had phisical contact with any. All communication was via WhatsUp with booker from the agency.
The main issue- incidents!
This appartment is not ready for commercial use since the owner have serious issues with neighbour which is verbaly assaulting guests.
The appartment is on ground floor of 3 floor building with 3 facilities on each. 1st and 2nd floor private flats. In the basement garage with 3 parking spaces out of which one belongs to this facility.
At the day of arrival there was a car parked in front of garage door bloking the entrance to 'free parking spot' that we paid .
Early next morning I had first encounter with neighbour from first floor, extremely frustrated, agresive and unpolite mid-aged women who verbally attacked me after complaining that she blocked the garage entrance. Reported to booker.
Next overnight the entrance was not blocked and I parked in the garage normally. But 3rd day in the morning when we were leaving, the neigbour's car was again blocking the garage door, but this time my car was in the garage, and i couldnt take it out. After several doorbell rings the agressive neighbour finally appeared and started to scream, throwing offenses to me and my wife, to the owner of facility.. ugly words and sentences beyond imagination. She moved the car after I started to call the police.
This incidents marked my stay.

We had a good time together here. The location is closed to downtown, so we almost did not use the car during our stay.
Nice, everything is new so we all love the time staying here
