I stayed one night as the property was misrepresented on advertising.

I didn't like anything.

We took a taxi from bus station and were expecting to be 30 minutes walk from beach as advertised. This is NOT the case. The taxi had difficulty finding location as it was different from advertised. The number provided on booking was not available, finally through chat I was able to get a WhatsApp number for communication. The taxi driver was able to speak to owner and get proper address. Very deceiving. I told the owner this and they agreed i would stay 1 night and then leave next day and receive refund. Instead the owner didnt respond to booking.com to confirm this information, they did respond to phone calls or email. But via WhatsApp confirmed our conversation, which I have screenshots. The owner was very dishonest. I honestly tried to work it out several times but owner was dishonest and lied. In addition, upon arrival at 7 pm at night, the apartment was not available, they said they were still cleaning it. I had to wait downstairs. After a long day of travel, I just wanted to relax. Even though there is wifi advertised, it did not work, meaning that we could not watch TV as it needs the internet to work. I would never ever recommend this place, the information advertised is not accurate, the place is in the middle of no where. For the price, you can stay with in walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. DO NOT be taken advantage of like my family was. We are still trying to get refund!
