AVOID — I would not recommend a TY-SA managed property. Our stay was completely unacceptable.
AVOID — I would not recommend a TY-SA managed property. Our stay was completely unacceptable, and we left a full day early because of the condition of the accommodation and the total lack of support when we urgently needed help.The property was dirty on arrival, including the toilet, which we had to clean ourselves. There was no hot water, the cylinder was leaking and appeared unsafe, and the bed was broken, leaving us with no proper place to sleep and forcing us to sleep on the floor. Scaffolding covered the apartment windows, yet we had not been informed about this before our stay. We were also expected to collect and return the keys at a separate, inconvenient location. What made the experience particularly unacceptable was the complete lack of assistance. We called all of the emergency numbers provided and nobody answered. Despite the problems with the property, we were left without any meaningful support. We eventually gave up and left a day early. We were then unable to return the keys because the designated shop was closed. There also appeared to be only one set of keys, which raised serious concerns about how anyone could have accessed the property to address the problems while we were there. Despite everything we experienced and losing part of our stay, we have not received any refund. I am sharing this review so other travellers can make an informed decision. Based on our experience of the cleanliness, maintenance problems, lack of communication and complete absence of support when things went wrong, I would strongly advise others to avoid booking a TY-SA managed property.

A bed would have been nice.
The location on the bay was pleasant. It was generally clean
The bed frame was broken so was unusable, so it was neccesary to drag the mattress onto the floor. The hot water tank leaked so it was turned off. The corridor outside the appartment smelt of damp. We attempted to contact booking.com but they just kept emailing us asking for the same information and haven't actually addressed the issues.
