The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive to La Pelosa beach and walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. The garden and patio were wonderful for relaxing and appertivo. The beds were comfortable and the updated downstairs bathroom was great.
Check-in was awkward, as we went to the property management office in downtown Olbia. The house could have used a few items to make it more accommodating like a dish towel or paper towels.

L’emplacement
Le jardin est jolie , mais pas entretenu un petit coup de balai avant notre arrivée aurait été la bienvenu.
Le ménage laisse à désirer
Même pas un rouleau de papier toilette pour ce qui arrive tardivement et qui non pas eu le temps d’aller en course.
Pas de micro onde
Pas de bouilloire
Pas de séchoir à cheveux
Le gaz qui fonctionne mal
La douche du bas qui fuit et boucher.
Au niveau de l’eau on prend une fois sur deux la douche froide.
Dans une chambre il y a un canapé qui ne sert à rien ( manque de rangement) mettre une armoire à la place.
Pour une maison dites de LUXE ! Faudra revoir la définition de luxe !!
Il y a bien un jacuzzi mais non utilisable
Vide et sale !!!!
Maison vieillot et manque d’entretien.
Volet, vitres, et porte fenêtre 🤦♀️.
À ce prix là, allez a l’hôtel
