This was a very pleasant accommodation for our longer stay.
The apartment was very well furnished, with all the kitchenware we could possibly need, espresso machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and drier, good shower products etc.
We had a very comfortable bed and we slept perfectly. A bonus point is that the apartment is facing the inner courtyard so we had absolutely no street noise during our stay.
The two separate bathrooms were also very practical, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom that also has an en-suite dressing. The shower products were good quality - much appreciated.
The other bedroom, in the attic, is smaller and cozier, and it also has a dressing on the other side of the attic.
There are nice quality very quiet air-conditioning machines to keep it nice and cool in the summer.
I can't stress enough the usefulness of the kitchen utensils which matters a lot during longer stays (we've previously had longer stays in other apartments and this was always a challenge).
The location of the apartment also proved excellent for us, to list a few benefits:
- supermarket right outside the front gate, a street full of restaurants with diverse cuisines, usually highly rated and well priced;
- large supermarket a 5-minute walk away;
- tram stop right in front of the building, as well as 2 other tram lines 2 minutes away and subway stop a 10-minute walk away;
- Bocconi university sports center a 10-15-minute walk away, with olympic swimming pool and other nice facilities.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful during our stay, thank you!
The price wasn't on the cheap side for our longer stay, but considering the location, all the facilities nearby and the apartment being in the vicinity of the university, as well as the confort we had living here, it was surely worth it as far as we're concerned.
