The location was excellent. Easy to get to the Kyoto station and many buses around. Also supermarkets and Konbinis just a couple of minutes away.
The draining of the bathroom sink wasn’t working well.
I also don’t believe the room was cleaned properly. Near the bed I found one packet of pills and a single pill from previous guests. Furthermore, unfortunately the hallways were also very smelly during our entire stay. And every morning I was awoken by the upstairs neighbors walking around so the sound isolation was also not very good.
Keep in mind that there’s no reception / staff around so keep that in mind when forwarding your luggage.
