Da localização.

A limpeza estava péssima. Aparelhos de ar sem manutenção, o que foi resolvido após reclamação. Apenas uma tv sem acesso à internet. Travesseiros amarelados de baba e outros pretos de fungos, sendo trocados após reclamação. Geladeira sem gelar, sendo consertada após reclamação. A limpeza dos banheiros péssima, pois a cerâmica das paredes amareladas, falta de uma limpeza adequada. No banheiro não há onde pôr toalhas e utensílios de higiene. Por fim, apesar de tudo, a anfitriã sempre atendeu meus pedidos.

A localização e a equipe do Beach Class.

Resolvi fazer essa mensagem para expressar todo meu medo e frustração! Imagine você viajar com sua mãe idosa para fazer exames em outra cidade e 2 filhos sendo 1 bebê, com tudo planejado! Ao chegar A NOITE na sua hospedagem que voce reservou 2 semanas antes saber que sua hospedagem foi CANCELADA enquanto voce se deslocava da sua cidade para o seu destino no DIA DA HOSPEDAGEM as 11:30, ou seja, poucas horas antes do seu check-in!!!! Pois bem, foi isso que aconteceu comigo. Fiz minha reserva no booking, paguei 717,00 pelas 2 diárias e na hora que cheguei na recepção que fui pegar minha reserva verifico a mensagem SUA RESERVA FOI CANCELADA! Desesperada, com crianca chorando com fome e fralda suja, minha mãe idosa com muitas dores e preocupada com o exame que seria feito no outro dia. Resolvi procurar outra hospedagem ainda na recepção da hospedagem cancelada e para minha surpresa estava disponível a mesma hospedagem que havia reservado anteriormente pelo preço de 960,00. Graças a Deus eu tinha dinheiro e como disse DESESPERADA resolvi reservar a mesma na esperança de poder entrar no apartamento. Após a reserva, a booking começa a ligar e a hospedagem também. A booking, para avisar do cancelamento e a hospedagem para liberar minha entrada. O que faco? Entro na hospedagem ne?! Providencio o jantar do meu bebê, filha e mãe, dou banho nos pequenos e coloco para dormir! Depois de passado tudo, paro e penso! MEUS DEUS que descaso, se minha mae tivesse vindo apenas com meu pai, estariam na rua, com certeza, chorando, paralisados! Pois nem teriam dinheiro nem ação para resolver tal situação! Fica aqui meu relato com tanto descaso! Espero que com esses detalhes a booking possa tomar uma atitude com relacao ao responsável da hospedagem, porque ficou claro que eles cancelaram a reserva so para aumentar o valor da diaria. Minha total indignação porque acabei pagando mais que o dobro, porque até o momento nenhuma das duas reservas foi estornada.
