3 dormitorios, 2 baños, todo el apartamento remodelado, muy completo y espectacular la ubicación, cerca de todo, en el corazón del centro histórico pero además podías hacer muelle uno y la malagueta caminando, parking a 4 cuadras, una parada de taxi y Uber a 3 cuadras.
Dos juegos de llave, que por lo general te dan dos, respuesta al instante y nos solucionaron el tema del equipaje.

The location is central, which is the only positive thing I can say about this place
The street itself is terrible and feels very unsafe, especially at night. The entrance and staircase are a complete disaster. The area turns into what feels like an open-air toilet after dark. There were homeless people shouting, fighting, and causing disturbances throughout the night.
Super cheap furniture.
The apartment was also far from clean. The sofa was heavily stained, the walls were covered in marks and stains, and even the bed linen was inadequate. We were given a sheet that was far too small for the mattress.
For nearly €300 per night, this is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, booking through Booking.com came with an absurdly long list of checkout tasks, even worse than many Airbnb stays. It felt like we were expected to clean the entire apartment ourselves before leaving. Absolutely ridiculous.
Overall, this property offers very poor value for money. I would strongly recommend booking somewhere else that is clean, safe, and professionally managed.
Also they have automatic reply system- that is fine nowadays- but this one is a joke. Answering you all the time the same.
