Clean rooms, spacious, modern interior, good breakfast and helpful staffs.
The hotel was actually better than I expected. No complains.

We had a pleasant seven-night family stay at City Park Inn Baku. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the city, but what truly made our stay special was the hospitality, professionalism and excellent service of the staff.
Special thanks to Rafiq, the manager, for his valuable support and assistance. Israfil deserves special recognition for his exceptional professionalism and outstanding service, while Miraga was particularly helpful and supportive throughout our stay.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ramin and the kitchen team, particularly Ayxan, Abdulla and Tamerlan, for their excellent service and efforts in making our experience enjoyable.
The dedication, courteous attitude and willingness of these team members to assist made a real difference to our family holiday. Their contributions deserve genuine appreciation and recognition. Thank you to Rafiq and the entire City Park Inn team for making our stay in Baku a memorable experience.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality and assistance provided by the staff.

The location was great, all the staff were very friendly, specially Mr Israfil, he helped and supported us with everything and got us a guide as well for the rest of our trip. The breakfast spread was also good. Room looked great for the price. We got a free upgrade for deluxe room as well
Only thing house keeping was a little late sometimes
