First of all, English is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes. I just want to share my real feelings about our stay. Everything was very good, but most of all I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Ksenia!!! Honestly, she is just SUPER SUPER SUPER!!! It is really not easy to find people like her. She is a real professional, but what is even more important, she is a wonderful person who understands people and their situations. We made a mistake with our reservation and booked not exactly what we needed. Ksenia noticed it herself and did everything she could to help us. She spoke with the owner Igor and managed to arrange the changes to our booking. This is what I call real customer service! She doesn’t just do her job, she really cares about people and always tries to find a solution. She knows how to communicate with guests, how to solve problems and how to find agreement with apartment owners. For me Ksenia is not 10 out of 10, she is 100 out of 10!!! Also a very big THANK YOU to Igor, the owner, for understanding our situation and agreeing to help us. We really appreciate it! Everything during our stay was good, but the most important thing for us was this wonderful human attitude. Ksenia, if you read this, THANK YOU again!!! People like you are really special and should be appreciated. You are simply the BEST!!!

Erittäin siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Hyvä sijainti ja viesteihin vastattiin nopeasti. Viihtyisä asunto. Tulisin uudelleenkin.
Asunto oli todella kuuma. Tullessamme mittari näytti 26 astetta sisällä lämmintä. Pöytätuulettimet hieman helpottivat asiaa, mutta ei asuntoa viileäksi saanut.

Апартаменты нам очень понравились. Очень уютное и приятное помещение, всё продумано для комфортного проживания. Было всё необходимое: чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, кухонные принадлежности чувствуется забота о гостях. В апартаментах чисто и удобно, проживание оставило хорошее впечатление.
К сожалению, впечатление от проживания сильно испортила бессонная ночь. Прямо под апартаментами находится бар, который работает примерно до часа ночи. При каждом входе и выходе посетителей громко хлопала входная дверь практически каждую минуту. Удары были настолько сильными, что ощущалась вибрация дивана в комнате.
Удивительно, что в наше время не установлена дверь с тихим доводчиком, которая могла бы решить эту проблему. Даже проходящий по соседней улице трамвай создавал значительно меньше шума, чем постоянно хлопающая дверь бара.
Звукоизоляция в апартаментах фактически отсутствует, что делает отдых и сон крайне затруднительными.
