O Apto que NUNCA EXISTIU.
De nada.
O APARTAMENTO DAS FOTOS NUNCA EXISTIU!!
Logo que confirmei o pagamento, o Anfitrião me avisou que o apto do anúncio não poderia ser usado!
Eu estava com minha esposa e estávamos a alguns minutos na pesquisa pra encontrar um lugar em Santos.
O anfitrião disse que teria um outro apto melhor que os das fotos. Ele usou a palavra Upgrade falando desse tal outro apto que estava disponível.
Aceitamos acreditando na palavra do Anfitrião e já que havíamos feito o pagamento.
Chegando nesse apto percebi que não tinha lençóis de cama, cobertor, toalhas, travesseiros...
Ele estava COBRANDO á parte (R$60,00)pra enviar .
O APTO NAO ERA AO MENOS SEMELHANTE AO DAS FOTOS QUE HAVIAMOS SELECIONADO.
MUITO MAIS ANTIGO, MUITO MENOS UM "UPGRADE".
E UM DETALHE NOJENTO.
ESTAVA CHEIO DE BARATAS DENTRO DO SOFÁ NA SALA.(TENHO VIDEO E FOTOS DESSE DESCASO AO CLIENTE)
Falamos com o ANFITRIÃO NOVAMENTE E ELE PASSOU UM TERCEIRO E NOVO ENDEREÇO PRA NOS DESLOCAR, JA QUE DORMIR RODEADO DE BARATAS NÃO ESTAVA NOS NOSSOS PLANOS !
CHEGANDO NESSE NOVO ENDEREÇO EU TENHO ATÉ DIFICULDADE DE EXPLICAR O QUÃO NOJENTO E MUITO LONGE DO QUE TINHAMOS RESERVADO NO INICIO.
TENHO VIDEOS DESSE APTO!
FACILMENTE QUALQUER UM QUE OBSERVAR ESSE VIDEO PODE ENTENDER E DIZER QUE AQUILO ESTAVA ABANDONADO A MESES.
NESSE MOMENTO JA BEIRAVA 3 HORAS DA MANHÃ.
A TV nem funcionava
Não tinha ar condicionado
As paredes lotadas de pó
O ventilador lotado de pó antigo.
Solicitamos o jogo de cobertor e toalhas de 60$.
ELE TEVE A AUDACIA DE ENVIAR COBERTOR E LENÇÓIS E TOALHA EM UMA MOCHILA INFANTIL USADA DA ESCOLA DA PREFEITURA .
FOI DE LONGE A PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA NO BOOKING QUE TIVEMOS.
TENHO TUDO REGISTRADO EM VIDEOS E FOTOS.
