A comfortable spot to base yourself when exploring Barcelona

David was very accommodating and welcoming and took time to explain everything to us on arrival. Very friendly and professional. The AC was very welcome!!

The shower needs attention as it was difficult to use and the shower fitting was barely holding onto the wall. The bathroom could use an update.

Brilliant location, clean apartment, fans in the bedrooms helped. Check in guy was brilliant

Amazing Location, in the heart of Barca

The shower room is very small, and considering the money paid you would at least expect a shower head that’s stays in place.

2 day visit.

Great location in the centre of the Gothic area. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and large terrace.

Bathroom small but adequate.

Do not visit this place!

Writing reviews after visiting a place usually misses it, but in this case I feel obliged to warn anyone who is preparing to make a reservation. The location announced in booking is the only true thing. Everything else is a well-chosen manipulation. Let's start with the elevator - it is understandably narrow, but you don't know that it stops on the bottom floor and from there you have to carry your suitcases up an extremely narrow staircase. Next is an entrance door that opens to the outside, but there is no landing. An interesting balance between suitcases, you and a nagging door follows. After successfully passing this minor obstacle, you enter a corridor, a narrow corridor, in which the heat begins to feel like on the beach in the middle of summer, but the staff (Zeynep in our case) tell you that when you turn on the ONLY, I repeat the ONLY air conditioner, the cool air from the dining room will pass through the narrow corridor and reach the two bedrooms, and here the fans and lamps mounted on the ceilings in both bedrooms come to the rescue. I guarantee you that this is not possible at a temperature of about 30 degrees. The furniture is worn and worn out. The bed in the bedroom is uncomfortable. The shower cabin in the bathroom is of minimalist dimensions. I made my reservation on 10.04.2026 with a rating of 9.5 for the accommodation. When we went and assessed the impossibility of staying, the date was 03.07.2026, the rating was 8.6. And if anyone thinks that the description I made is a lie, let them act stupidly like me and book. To pay a higher price for this place than in a 5 star hotel in Barcelona. We moved to a 4 star hotel with a very good location for less than half the price. Do not visit this place!
