good location, close to city center and also to beach

7 / 10

Good location, good cleanliness, some of the basic items/contents are missing in the place.

Good location, very close to the beach and the city centre is just a 5 min walk away. The acommodation was very clean and the host was helpful. Enough room for 1-2 person stay. The place has AC in the sleeping room.

The place has a decent size, but is still somehow... empty. For example, there could be more furniture in the sleeping room to put the clothes and other stuff when packing out, people don't usually use the wardrobes in the acommodations. There could be more wall hangers in the sleeping room, also for stuff. 4 people can fit in the acommodation, but there are only 3 dining chairs. It would be good to have a laundry washing machine in the bathroom and some more storage space for people to put their cosmetics and clothes on instead of piling it up on the sink and the tiny shelf currently provided. Sink is somewhat small and the faucet is set high so there is a lot of backsplash. There is also no hair dryer, a basic item even in the cheapest and worst acommodations I've stayed in, which is weird considering it's a coastal location. There is no broom, mop nor bucket for basic maintenance - if your kid spills something on the floor or if you have a wild friend who is prone to vomiting after a party - good luck cleaning it. And no, you can't absorb it with kitchen towels as there aren't any provided. Of course, you can always ask the host for those things as they are on the ground floor, but I am not sure if they would appreciate it at 3 in the morning. If you're staying for a week, the place will be full of hair as there is nothing to sweep it with. I am sure there are more things missing, contributing to the "empty" feeling.
