We are a group of 4 people and stayed here for 6 nights. The 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom wet style, unit is simple, clean, and comfortable, featuring great Wi-Fi, reliable air conditioning, plenty of hot water, tooth brush, slippers , towels and bottled drinking water. Having an in-unit washing machine was fantastic since you tend to sweat quite a bit when exploring outside every day.
The location in the center is excellent and within walking distance to malls and local attractions like Shibati (Eighteen Steps) and NgyanDong (Hongya Cave). Metro Line #2 is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach Liziba station (about 6 stops where the train go through the building) and the Zoo to see the Pandas (about 12 stops). Stepping outside the building puts you right near plenty of food options—especially hot pot (just ask for less spice if preferred).
While the building itself is older, it is very safe and good view on the 32 floor, the building has many homestay units, so there's no need to worry. The host is a true superhost who responds immediately, accommodates pre & Post-arrival requests, and constantly improves the space. In China, people use WeChat to comunicate not WhatsApp, use Didi App for car hiring very reasonable.
The host recommended us to go see a very authentic old village. It was very nice. about 70Km from home.
I had a great stay and I would recommend this place
The building is harder to locate, but lucky we ask a local who pointed us the way, cuz we arrived late in the evening.

L’appartement était bien dans sa globalité mais les photos sont bien plus jolies que la réalité.
La personne nous a bien accueilli et nous a aidé à aller jusqu’au logement.
Nous n’avions pas de baignoire comme sur les premières photos.
L’emplacement est pratique avec des restaurants proches.
Nous avons pu laisser nos valises dans une autre chambre après le checkout
