Superb comfortable rental in a luxury and secure residence in the city center in the heart of the magnificent resort of Cavalaire sur mer and close to the beaches. It is located opposite the port and in the immediate vicinity of the beach, shops, restaurants. Everything is done on foot.

The apartment is air-conditioned. It is very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped (including 2 TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle etc... and all kitchen utensils). It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and has a closed box as well as a bicycle garage.
