Welcome to our 4-star-certified vacation rental, ELFRIEDE, located on the sunny island of Usedom between the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. Look forward to a beautiful, quiet apartment in Villa Bismarckshöhe, a historic guesthouse from the Imperial era.
Our attractive, bright ground-floor vacation apartment offers 40 m² of space, ideal for 2 people, and can be expanded with 2 additional cots upon request. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny, south-facing terrace, where you can relax perfectly in the fresh air. Just a 2-minute walk separates you from the fine, white-sand Baltic Sea beach, which invites you to take long walks and enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea.
The cozy living room, which opens onto the kitchen area with its separate dining space, invites you to linger, while the sleeping arrangements—featuring a double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm) in the living room, offering flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. The bathroom, with its super-shallow shower, rounds out the amenities.
Enjoy the comforts of our home, which is surrounded by mature trees and a lovingly landscaped courtyard. A barbecue area invites you to enjoy convivial evenings outdoors, while on-site parking spaces (240 cm wide) and a lockable bike storage room ensure your mobility and security. Please note that due to space limitations, very large bicycles (height >121 cm or weight >30 kg) cannot be stored in the bicycle storage room. There is no space available for parking large vehicles, such as full-size sedans or RVs (longer than 470 cm and wider than 190 cm).
We’re now also pleased to offer the option to charge your electric car on our property using our in-house wallbox. Please register in advance to use this service. You will be billed for the kWh used; please bring your own charging cable.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to all guests.
