- The open, fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances
- A spacious dining table visually separates the living area from the kitchen and seats four people.
- In the bedroom, you’ll find a high-quality bed with a raised sleeping surface, featuring electrically adjustable head, back, and foot sections, as well as a 2.TV
- The first bathroom, which features a large, walk-in shower, is accessible directly from the bedroom. Another bathroom with a shower offers additional comfort, especially when the apartment is occupied by more than two people. Both bathrooms are equipped to a high standard, with generous mirrors, plenty of light, heated towel racks, and hair dryers
- For additional guests, the high-quality wall bed in the living room can be easily folded out as a single or double bed, comfortably accommodating up to four people.
The apartment is equipped with exterior roller shutters on all windows, and in the summer, insect screens on one window per room provide additional comfort. All electrical outlets are equipped with built-in child safety covers.
