bathroom with shower, walk-in closet/office, and a fully equipped open
kitchen. Living room with air conditioning. No elevator. Prime location
near Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, restaurants, bars, and Barcelona’s
cultural hotspots.

perfect for up to 6 guests.
With three bedrooms —two doubles and one with two single beds— this
apartment is ideal for families, friends, or groups wanting to explore
Barcelona from a vibrant and central location. There is also a walk-in
closet/office and a modern bathroom with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to prepare your
favorite meals and enjoy them in the bright living room, which also
features air conditioning to relax after a day of sightseeing.
⚠️ Important: the building has no elevator, so access is via stairs.
Located in the Gothic Quarter, you’ll be surrounded by medieval
streets, charming squares, shops, restaurants, and vibrant culture.
Everything is within reach: Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, museums, tapas
bars, and historic corners await just steps away.
This apartment perfectly combines space, comfort, and authenticity,
making it the ideal base to experience Barcelona like a local.
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
• Towels, sheets and toilet paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included.
• Towels: Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged.
• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
• Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
• Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.
• Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of €19.95 will apply.
• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.
• Parties and meetings: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).
• Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

We stayed during one of the heatwaves and the AC and accommodations worked great for our family of 3. We were looking for space and laundry since we were wrapping 3 weeks of travel. It fit our needs, it was very centraly located, located in a local plaza so you felt more like a local than a tourist and the apartment had that basics of what we needed. The arrival experience was a bit odd. We met a very nice gentlemen to greet us but we had issues finding the apartment and getting in with the keys. Don't expect a hotel front lobby experience.My only complaint is that we were leaving on an international trip & cruise a few weeks before our stay in Barcelona. I had requested to take care of all final information ahead of time (payment and our personal info they requested) and I was assured that "an agent" would contact us prior to our stay. We left the country and during that time they requested final payment & reached out. I couldn't process the final payments on our cruise and the ports; there was some issue with the wifi/Id in my end since I was international. It caused me a lot of time trying to figure it out and I am sure they weren't happy that they didn't get final payment until arrival day and we were in Barcelona. Had we received everything when I requested a lot of miscommunication would've been resolved. Overall, the apartment & our stay was good and I would recommend staying. Just make sure everything is wrapped up before your travels!
