About this apartment rental

Apartment with a southwest-facing balcony and ocean view in a historic Arne Jacobsen housing complex. Just a few steps from the beach. Accessible with a parking space and elevator. The apartment will be completely refurbished in 2025, including a new kitchen. Two Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Sonos sound system. Ocean view also visible from inside the apartment while sitting on the sofa.

Pet surcharge: €8.00 per pet per day.
Bedding and towels can be ordered before arrival.
