With approximately 80 m² of living space, the home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The loft on the upper floor offers additional living space with a sleeper sofa.
Air conditioning, two sunny terraces, free Wi-Fi, a parking space right next to the house, and an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee) round out the amenities—perfect for relaxing days in Franconian Switzerland.

Ideal for couples, families, or friends, it features two separate bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures on warm days, while free Wi-Fi keeps you well-connected at all times.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a full range of kitchenware. Also on the first floor are a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find an open living area on the loft with a cozy pull-out sofa bed and an armchair. Here you’ll also find another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A special highlight are the two spacious, sunny terraces, which invite you to relax outdoors. A free parking space is available right next to the house. An electric vehicle charging station is also available and can be used for a fee.
The price also includes a 2-hour daily admission per person to the water park / thermal baths at Therme Obernsees (including the day of arrival and departure)!
