Perched atop the hillside directly facing Loon Mountain's ski trails, this stylish home features soaring ceilings and fantastic mountain views. Bright and sunny inside, clean, crisp and well-furnished, this property is new to rental market and has never rented prior to 2026. This is an ideal getaway for one or two families wanting the best location to explore Lincoln, Loon, and all this spectacular region has to offer. Home boasts roomy living over 3 floors allowing your group to spread out and have privacy. Upper floor: master suite and small room w/ 2 singles directly next door - ideal for keeping kids near parents. Main floor is living with gas fireplace, dining, kitchen, half bath, and private room off that main level with queen bed. Ground floor is like a separate suite, with queen bedroom and a bunk room, full bath, and TV/game room. SKI ACCESS: Loon Mountain's ski shuttle stop is right outside, about 30 feet of flat walking from the front door. This is Coolidge Fall's dedicated shuttle, that does the loop back and forth all day... so no need to drive, park, walk, or carry piles of skis and gear to a lodge, you get dropped at the lodge/lifts. And if you know, you know: Because we are right across from the mountain, this exact location avoids the daily traffic jam waiting to turn in or out of Loon. Easy enough to go home for lunch. Foyer has new boot and glove dryer/warmer. This is a ski house for skiers, who want upscale comfort and convenience. Note there is a 2-3 car limit for parking, additional cars may be accommodated but must be discussed in advance.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. It is bright, clean and spacious with beautiful mountain views. Easy access to Loon (right across from mountain) via car or convenient shuttle which stops right outside. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was the perfect setup for adults, teens and younger kids as well (we had 2 families with 8 ppl total and plenty of space). Kids especially liked having their own space downstairs with bunk room and kids' TV room. Communication with Doug was excellent. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Went up for the Highland Games town house was huge and modern furniture and mattresses were extremely comfortable can’t think of a bad thing about the place. The owner was on top of things and explained everything about check in and answered any questions. Townhouse was perfect
