This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Southwood Shores, near Four Seasons off Horseshoe Bend at the 12-mile marker. It’s conveniently close to everything while still offering a peaceful, scenic setting.
The condo is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully updated, featuring new TVs throughout and brand-new mattresses (2026) for a comfortable stay. You’ll have access to wireless internet in the unit, as well as at the clubhouse perfect for staying connected while the kids enjoy the indoor pool or hot tub.
Both bedrooms and the deck include ceiling fans, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, along with beautiful granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a great time at the condo. It’s right on the water and the location is centrally located to all lake activities. Even though it’s a first floor condo, you do have to take two sets of stairs down to access it. The host, Charlene, was an incredible communicator.

Our stat was fantastic! Space is right next to the water and the kids loved fishing night off the dock.
