Our Cozy Half-Timbered House
Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of a genuine half-timbered house. Our lovingly furnished rooms and our log-cabin-style living room will help make your stay special.
With a living area of approximately 120 m², a rustic log-paneled living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, a separate restroom, and a spacious hallway, the half-timbered house offers plenty of space for your family vacation. A free parking space is available directly across from the Umgebindehaus.
We appreciate your interest in the Umgebindehaus on the Mandau. Until 2018, this vacation home was our own family home. Since then, we have completely renovated it and lovingly furnished it.
We hope you’ll enjoy it just as much as we do, feel right at home, and that we’ll have the pleasure of welcoming you soon. We’d be happy to reserve your desired vacation dates.
Half-timbered house on the Mandau:
First floor
• Living room with TV (including cable) and corner sofa bed (1.20 m wide)
• Kitchen and dining room with a large table for shared meals
• High chair
• Fully equipped kitchen, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster
• Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet
• Separate toilet
• Spacious entryway with coat rack and shoe bench
• Utility room with freezer, washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack
• First floor with underfloor heating
Upper floor
• Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed
• A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space in the Fichte bedroom
• Wooden crib for the little ones in the Lärche bedroom
• A cabinet with toys for the children in the hallway
General
• Initial supply of towels, bed linens, cleaning supplies, and dish soap
• Free Wi-Fi
• Grill
• Pets are not allowed
