Villa Rossini is a modern villa with swimming pool located just a few hundred meters from Cornino’s beach, a renowned coastal resort halfway between San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani.
This newly built villa is set in a quiet residential area, it has a beautiful overflow pool, surrounded by large terraces and a delightful garden.

Villa Rossini has an inner living surface of 100 m2, 200 m2 of terraces and a 700 m2 garden, it offers cosy, well-proportioned interiors, including a spacious, bright living room with fireplace, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a small room with sofa bed, and two bathrooms.

On the upper floor, that can be reached through an external staircase, there is a sun terrace offering beautiful views of Mount Cofano and over the sea. The villa is also equipped with air/conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher.

A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
