This property was just lovely. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and nicely situated in the town of Callandar. The beds were super comfortable, and, in between our numerous activities, we made good use of the TV to watch the FIFA games. Our host, Joan, was friendly and attentive. The town itself was wonderful. It is small yet has great amenities, including a heritage museum, right next-door and a Legion just down the street with all sorts of special events going on. The waterfront is an easy walk down the street. Overall, we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay, and would definitely recommend this home and this town.

Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to grocery store, shops, and lake. Museum next door is neat. Place was roomy and clean. I do wish there was more to cook with (no large pots, only one knife, no potholders). If you're someone who prefers to cook instead of eat out, just survey the kitchen before meal planning! Really that was our only beef. Everything else was great.

The property was exceptionally clean and exactly as described in the listing—no surprises at all.The location was perfect, situated in a quiet small town that made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, everything exceeded expectations and we would happily stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

The accommodation was very good. We enjoy our tv in the evening and we found most of the tv channels were not available for viewing.
