Checked into the hotel on Tuesday and the owner was very helpful and answered very fast. While we had very few issues, such as the hot tub not heating up, he had it fixed that day or the next.
Sometimes when booking I get nervous the pictures are better than the reality but the pictures are exactly what you are getting! The hotel is literally a minute from the beautiful beach.
If you have a rental car like we did you can go so many places and it’s so amazing to have a base like the hotel. Everyday we got back my family couldn’t wait to jump onto the pool at the end of the long day!

The location is awesome. Access to Balñeario de Vega Alta is 1 min walk. That is beach is beautiful.

We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for
The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean. The beach is right at the end of the street within walking distance. It was great for the location and price. There were only minor inconveniences.
