Communication with this host is nonexistent. We rented for 1 week, arrived last Saturday. Upon arrival we found the water heater in the garage had a leak which was flooding the garage floor and one of the bedrooms had a leak from the roof, the ceiling had visible water damage as well as the water actively leaking from the ceiling, we had to place coolers to catch the water so the floors would not flood. Messaged the host multiple times and no response, called VRBO customer service who could not get a response from the host either, their solution was to send an email and wait. Never heard back from anyone. House also had a roach problem. Would not recommend this host or property to anyone until these issues get resolved.

Probably the worst vrbo I have ever stayed in.Absolutely Horrible communication from the host. Paid extra for early check in and was given the wrong code and waited in the hot sun with a 6 month old and 3 year old before finally being given the appropriate code hours later. Booked this place specifically for the heated pool, and communicated this to the host prior to booking…pool was NOT heated and host failed to understand my concern. Pool heater needed to be turned on multiple days prior to stay to heat pool, and they stated they couldn’t because there was a previous guest. This was not communicated to me at the time of booking, even after I went out of my way to specifically tell host this was a big reason for booking their vrbo. Several other amenities were also inaccurate, including only one kayak (instead of two) and no paddles, tires flat on both bicycles, air hockey machine didn’t work, etc. Property cleanliness was rugged at best. The screen on lanai was broken as well, allowing animals into the pool area and creating a major safety hazard for my children. I honestly tried to leave within hours of arriving but given I was with two young children, felt trapped and unable to leave. Host communication was simply so poor, truly do not understand what happened.

If I could give zero stars, I would.As soon as we arrived, my kids, of course, wanted to jump in the pool. One look and I said "no way" - it was filthy. Messaged the host. Upon further investigation, I found that none of the pool equipment was even functioning, so there was no circulation, which caused the pool to start gathering scum. I left at least 2 messages for the host through the VRBO app that night. In the morning, I had yet to receive a response, but I was trying to be patient. I left a voicemail on both phone numbers provided. Hours later, still no response. Meanwhile, the kids wanted to play air hockey. Nope, machine is broken. Simpsons game? Nope, broken. Luckily the other video game did work.Ride the bikes? Nope, tires are flat and dry-rotted.In one of the bathrooms, there were what appeared to be termites tunneling in under the shower, bringing in dirt and other bugs. I lost count of how many times I had to spray and clean up after them.Other issues that I'll list briefly: Ice maker in freezer broken, no balls for the driving range, dining room TV not working, hardly any water pressure in kitchen, no batteries in smoke detector, kitchen barely stocked with anything.I could have forgiven everything if the pool was useable and host was responsive. However, I never got a single reply to my countless messages/phone calls. VRBO couldn't even reach them. Ultimately VRBO helped us find a MUCH better place and get a full refund. Avoid Typhu Homes at all cost!!!

The listing photos versus what is on the property are two different things. In the listing you see bicycles for guest use. Those are in disrepair, flat tires and inner tubes, unusable and covered with garbage in the garage. You see multiple kayaks; there is only one. You see multiple arcade games; there is only one. The air hockey table does not work. Batteries in the remotes were dead, outdoor pool lights do not work. Place was clean overall. Kitchen poorly appointed. If you want to have steaks on the grill plan on sharing a steak knife. Pillows are nasty and moldy. Multiple texts and calls went unanswered until we had to let them know that the entry keypad batteries were dead, to which they replied immediately. Everything else went ignored. We learned a hard lesson with this place. Never rent from a place that is managed by this corporation. You can find it by looking up the property record. They do not care about the property. Either maintain what you have or update the photos in the listing to reflect what your guests are really going to get, because the way it is now is pure deceit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay! It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.
